Sportvanta functions as an Indian digital sports media, news aggregation, and community discussion service. Our platform utilizes automated news ingestion agents and syndicated RSS pipelines to aggregate, summarize, and categorize breaking sports coverage from verified public sources. While we strive for high editorial accuracy and speed, breaking sports developments, live scores, transfer rumors, and match schedules may evolve rapidly. Content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.

3. Source Attribution & Original Publisher Rights

Sportvanta deeply respects the intellectual property rights of journalists, news agencies, and sporting organizations: • Clear Attribution: All external news reports, wire syndications, and third-party excerpts are prominently attributed to their original publisher. • Direct Links: External articles feature direct links allowing readers to view the full reporting at the primary publisher's website. • Trademarks & Logos: Team names, club crests, tournament logos, and athlete likenesses remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are referenced under fair dealing and news reporting principles.

4. Notice, Correction & Content Takedown Procedure

If you are a content creator, publisher, or copyright holder and believe that any content hosted or aggregated on Sportvanta infringes your rights or requires updated attribution, please contact us immediately at contact@sportvanta.in or via our Contact page. We will review and promptly address, modify, or remove the specified content within 48 hours of receiving verified notice.

5. User Conduct & Interactive Fan Features

Sportvanta provides interactive fan engagement features, including Fan Battles, live match voting, and trivia quizzes. When participating, you agree to: • Honest Participation: Refrain from using automated bots, scripts, or proxies to manipulate voting totals or leaderboard standings. • Respectful Community: Never submit defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, or racially offensive remarks. • Security: Avoid attempting to probe, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass our security and rate-limiting infrastructure. We reserve the right to restrict access or invalidate votes originating from abusive automated activity.

6. Intellectual Property of Sportvanta

All Sportvanta branding, proprietary software, design systems, original editorial articles, graphics, and interactive widgets are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, or scrape Sportvanta's platform code without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Sportvanta may contain links to external third-party websites, original news publishers, and commercial sponsors. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or products offered by external third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportvanta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, temporary service interruptions, or reliance on sports data and match reporting.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
